I’m Craig Robb, The original Tool-Temp Veteran! I started with Tool-Temp in the early 90’s following an apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.

I’m Craig Robb, The original Tool-Temp Veteran! I started with Tool-Temp in the early 90’s following an apprenticeship in mechanical engineering. Over the years, I’ve worn just about every hat — from sales and technical support to management. Even after all these years I still love visiting customers, seeing new processes and being part of product or process improvement. Hobbies: I’m into golf, football, and — most importantly — being a Grandad! Fun fact about me: I’m a bit of a wine buff. Always happy to talk vintages!

I'm Jeremy Radcliffe, and I’ve been part of Tool-Temp for over 30 years — starting out as a regional sales engineer and now serving as the Technical Sales Director.

I'm Jeremy Radcliffe, and I’ve been part of Tool-Temp for over 30 years — starting out as a regional sales engineer and now serving as the Technical Sales Director. Alongside Craig and James, I’ve helped shape the company’s legacy, growing the sales team and using my technical expertise to support every corner of the business. I'm especially passionate about mentoring others, recognising the unique strengths each team member brings, and supporting their development along the way. Hobbies: Rugby, trying to stay fit (Getting harder with age!), walking the dogs, and cheering on my many children and grandchildren in their various vocations and hobbies - while also serving as their unofficial bank and taxi driver to my youngest son! Fun fact: I once cycled over 300 miles just for the love of it — a great way to clear the mind and challenge the legs!

With a strong background in engineering, James has spent over 25 years gaining experience across industrial heating and cooling solutions along with mechanical, electrical knowledge.

With a strong background in engineering, James has spent over 25 years gaining experience across industrial heating and cooling solutions along with mechanical, electrical knowledge. Over this time, James has worked on a wide range of projects, from a simple one-off sale of a Mould temperature controller to the sales and installation of an entire factory design and layout building a reputation for problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork. Hobbies: Outside of work, James enjoys all forms of Motorsport, cycling, hitting the gym and socialising Fun Facts: I’ve visited more than 30 countries but still can’t pack a suitcase properly. I once got overtaken on my bike whilst climbing a mountain by another cyclist who was carrying a child.

With over a decade of experience across multiple facets of the business, I’ve grown from answering phones and managing admin tasks in 2012 to becoming a key player in purchasing, sales, and commercial projects, with a particular passion for marketing. Over the years, I’ve pursued continuous professional development, completing sales training and earning marketing qualifications, which have helped shape a well-rounded and strategic approach to my work. Hobbies: These days, I spend most of my time with my husband and daughter, but my passion for spirituality, personal growth, and hiking remains strong. There’s nothing quite like the sense of achievement at the top of a trail, especially with my little one on my back! Fun facts: I’ve taken part in a range of competitive events, from bodybuilding to CrossFit. I love a challenge and pushing myself both mentally and physically.

I’m Tom Robb, Area Sales Manager. I officially joined Tool Temp in 2018, but my journey with the company started long before that.

I’m Tom Robb, Area Sales Manager. I officially joined Tool Temp in 2018, but my journey with the company started long before that. Inspired by my dad, I’d often find myself hanging around during school holidays, eager to follow in his footsteps, but determined to prove myself first. That path led me to the Army Reserve, where I swapped oily boots for muddy ones, and then into banking, where I sharpened my skills in numbers, calculations, and customer service. Eventually, I came back to Tool Temp and found the perfect place to bring it all together: helping customers calculate and meet their machine requirements. Hobbies: Supporting Liverpool FC, all things gym-related, diving into history (I love geeking out on the past), and most importantly, spending time with my wife and son. Fun fact: I have a photographic memory.

I’m Ben Rosvall, Southern Area Sales Manager. I joined Tool Temp in May 2024, but my background of recent years is Process Engineer in Injection Moulding within the Automotive field.

I’m Ben Rosvall, Southern Area Sales Manager. I joined Tool Temp in May 2024, but my background of recent years is Process Engineer in Injection Moulding within the Automotive field. My career from an early age has varied, I grew up working around my uncle in his garage as saturday work to then any holiday periods from school learning what I could about cars. I completed a level 2 in automotive mechanical studies. I left school and join the British Army, spent a couple of years within the REME learning to work on larger vehicles. A slight career change lead me into working for Costa over 6 years and becoming an Assistant Manager and running stores to moving back into Automotive. Trained to become a Process Engineer, working with new tooling, process application, Robot programming and End of Arm tooling, training and assisting new Tool Hangers and Setters. Whilst picking up a Level 2 in Engineering at PETA. From there I moved onto Tool Temp as the Southern Sales Manager. Hobbies: Apart from spending time with my wife, son, and daughter. I love to get out and fish along the coast, over the last 4 years my family have done a lot of camping which we have loved. Cycling was always a big love on mine, weightlifting and recently bought a new road bike which I have enjoyed getting back on the saddle. My newest hobby would be 3d printing, started off with just 1 printer, now I have 2 and my kids love it also! Fun fact: I have always said in my career that I would never go into sales… 16 months in and I absolutely love the career move and my job!

With over 36 years of hands-on experience working with Tool-Temp equipment, I began by providing technical support and later spending time on the other side of the fence as a user, giving me valuable insight into how the equipment performs in real-world applications. Now, I oversee the service department and operations. My connection with Tool-Temp runs deep and I’m proud to be part of a team that values reliability, service, and long-term partnerships. Hobbies: Although my judo days are behind me, I still enjoy running and try to fit in a Park Run whenever I have a free Saturday morning. I play football twice a week with an over-50s group, and I also enjoy cycling and the occasional game of squash. Family time is really important to me, I spend as much of it as I can with my wife, our two kids, and our extended family. My favourite thing of all is supporting my children in their hobbies, whether it’s cheering from the sidelines at football or watching them in ballet, trampolining, and gymnastics. Fun facts: I can roll my tongue over a full 360°

Hi, I’m Roger, practically part of the furniture around here! I’ve been with the company for many years and truly see it as my second family. With decades of hands-on experience under my belt, I’ve reached the point where I could probably repair a machine in my sleep! What I enjoy most about my role is the variety, whether I’m visiting customer sites or working closely with my colleagues in the office. No two days are ever the same, and that’s just how I like it. Hobbies: Spending time with my sons and teaching them to fish is my favourite way to unwind. I’m a very proud dad and love passing on skills while making lasting memories with them. Fun Fact: I’m a man of many talents and always seem to find myself lending a hand, whether it’s fixing my neighbour’s washing machine or helping tile my best friend’s daughter’s house. Somehow, I always end up offering my services, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Hi, I’m Tom Ealey, Junior Service Engineer here at Tool-Temp. I joined the team in January 2024 after working as an electrician. Since then, I’ve learnt a lot about temperature control in numerous processes. I’ve gained skills in machine maintenance, and I’m FGAS qualified with a good understanding of refrigeration systems. I also work with control systems like PROFINET, and I’m quickly becoming the team’s go-to person for anything MATIC-related. I really enjoy the hands-on side of the job and learning something new every day. Hobbies: Outside of work, I spend most of my weekends on the water or out in the dirt. I come from a family of wakeboarders, so it’s something I’ve grown up with and still love doing whenever I get the chance. I’m also really into jet-skiing and motocross – anything with a bit of speed and adrenaline! It’s a great way to unwind and keep active, and there’s always something new to push myself with. Fun fact: I am not the sweater-knitting British Olympic diver that won Olympic gold in the 2020 Tokyo Games.

I joined Tool-Temp in 2005, bringing experience from the plastics industry and making my first move into sales. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to cover both the North and South of the country, gaining a broad perspective on our customers and their needs. Today, I serve as Service Administrator, where I manage technical support calls, process orders, and handle service department administration. I genuinely enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and the day-to-day interaction with people - it’s what keeps the role interesting and rewarding. Hobbies & Interests: Outside of work, I’m an avid motorcycle rider and an active volunteer with SERV OBN (the blood bikes), giving up my spare time to deliver blood and other essential items to hospitals out of hours. I also enjoy clay pigeon shooting, although I mostly hit the sky, and have recently discovered a passion for the gym, which has been great for my fitness and mental well-being. Fun Fact: I’m originally from the southwest of Scotland and have made my way to Northamptonshire via Wales and Staffordshire.
